What do I need to take an e-course?
Our courses are designed to be achievable from anywhere via a computer, mobile or tablet and an Internet connection. They have no expiration date and are available 24 hours a day without any restriction.
What tools do I have to do the online course?
The course contents are structured in lessons showed through a presentation that includes multimedia content (video, audio, images, etc.). There is also available to students a forum (to share questions and experiences with tutors and/or other students), a chat and an e-mail to contact the course tutors.
What is the procedure to take a course?
To take a course, first you must register on the platform by filling your personal data. Once logged in, you will head to the page of the chosen course and pressed the button "Add to cart". After adding all desired courses to our "cart" you have to press the button "Proceed to checkout" or "Confirm", which will lead to a new screen where we will make the purchase according to the selected payment method. Once payment is confirmed, we can access the e-learning platform through email and password for the previously created account.
What payment methods are available?
It is now possible to pay by bank transfer or PayPal. To pay by PayPal you must have an account on this platform and enter your access data at the time to be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway.
Once you have paid the course, what I have to do?
Once the purchasing process is ended, you will be notified via email. There are 2 options depending on the method chosen:
- Payment by PayPal: Automatically the system record that the payment has been accepted and then notified via email that you can now access to the platform courses.
- Payment by bank transfer: After receiving the information about the payment has been made by transfer, access will remain pending until you verify that the transfer was done properly. Once this is so, you will be notified via email that you can now access the platform.
In both cases, access to the courses platform will be always through the link provided: access to the course, where you can enter the same data to the store access (email and password) to start the course.
What I have to do if I paid and I have not received any email?
I paid properly, but I have not received any notification by email. The most likely option is that the email is stored in the spam folder in your email manager. Please check the folder spam and add our email to the safe senders list so they do not happen again. If you still cannot locate the notification, please contact us again through firstname.lastname@example.org.
After completing the course, will you send me a certificate?
Aitemy courses are non-formal training courses and are aimed at people who want to update or complement their knowledge. However, upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate in which the course taken is specified.
I've got a badge. What does it mean?
As they are completed a series of specific objectives or completing courses, you will gain badges that can be displayed on your user profile. Getting the different existing badges in the e-learning platform, users can receive discounts on future courses that can reach 50%.
